Under the influence

I have been thinking, and drinking.

And every time I drink, shenannigans occur and I operate at maximum efficiency.

Now I have been thinking, not everyone can ball so hard when under the influence.

and while it isn't entirely my fault my actions when drunk, I was the one to went bottoms up.

what are our rulings on our vices and poisons, and our gameplay whilst under the influence?

How do we punish it, and is there mitigating factors?

I sure as hell know our host indulges in THC whilst hosting, and I'm not the only one to go bottoms up on a bottle of Jamesons, Famous Grouse, Jacks, or similar.

It speaks for itself

On a serious note, you really only have yourself to blame when you drink and spaceman and get banned because of something stupid you did

I did not get banned from drunking, however I realise now I have a warning for a very angry admin complaint during a drunken wizard round.

I've had a player space somebody for a bad reason and say they were drunk as their excuse when questioned so I day banned them saying to take a break and come back when sober

Why is this a thread by the way, do you want intoxication to be a license to grief

i mean I'd like migitating circumstances because I'm not entirely in control of my actions.

All it takes is one bad day to reduce the sanest man alive to lunacy. That's how far the world is from where I am. Just one bad day.

"I'm drunk" is the equivalent to "it was my brother" for the lonely man, and it will not be made a valid excuse to get away with otherwise ban-worthy things
