it has a border on the left which satiates my autism

I was wondering, where is this location? It looks like the maint window overlooking cargo docking bay in metastation, but why would a sec officer have a drink in maint?

Maint has "observatories" where the crew could theoretically chill and watch the stars, though in actuality it's a cover for murderrooms.
