Team Antag + Solo Antag

This doesn't come up too often, but every now and then there is a metabreaking round or antag token redemption during a team antag round. I would like to propose standards that for during this rounds as they are already really chaotic.

The obvious answer here is "once you join an antag team rule 4 no longer applies to you", but this runs into some issues where you may have an objective where either you need to kill a teammate or something more destructive.

Once you join an antag team you need to act as if it's part of that team unless you need to complete one of your objectives. There is a precedent for this with internal affairs agents.

Team antags are:
Cult, Clock Cult, Nuke Ops, Revolution, Monkey, Blob, Wizard (and their apprentices) under the reasoning of wizards do whatever the fuck they want.

Is there any glaring holes in this policy?

I believe this issue came along by accident due to mulligan. I don't see any instances where this happens without admin intervention unless somebody would like to correct me.

I don't think admins should be creating team antags while there are regular antags running around on purpose (We all know accidents can happen and that's fine). Any side antags (ayys, space ninja) should be non-convertable.

I've spawned a revolution on purpose when security was being super shitty before, but I think I'm more loose with this than others. Hence the thread. If nothing else a miner could get lucky at the casino and become a wizard regardless of round type. That wizard can then follow up and make constructs apprentices and skeletons, all of which act like a team antag towards the wizard faction.

The first question is how the code should deal with this.

Do we make solo antags immune to conversion? Do we let them lose their previous antag status when they are converted or do we let them hold both antag statuses at the same time?

Until datum antags get put in where combinations regularly exist, it should almost always go to the team antagonist and admins should change objectives to avoid the rightful upset the ooc established team-antag camaraderie has been messed with by someone pressing buttons. Otherwise you need to somehow inform the victim that they're being hunted by a member of their own team.

By "join an antag team", you mean a solo antag being converted as part of a conversion mode?

Ah, then yeah. At that point, you'd basically be a team antag with some optional side objectives.
