Make families occur on MRP servers only

I propose a poll or some level of analysis to see if it's reasonable to change secret gamemode odds such that families does not occur on LRP servers.
From my few experiences with the gamemode I feel it is much more suited to a roleplaying audience; of which our LRP audience is typically not.
Note that I am not proposing removing the gamemode from rotation entirely, just moving it from the audience who is (in my opinion) least likely to enjoy it.
