[terry] temporarly turn off delta cause it crashes every 40+ min round

delta crashes 100% of the times around 40 min while other maps have way less chance, temporarly turn off from config so we can have 40+ min rounds until mso does anything to terry hardware server

i'd be amused if the reason it's taking so long for terry hardware to be updated is to annoy the european playerbase

the crash is not a result of the map, it's because terry is so far physically from the DB

All maps crash, delta is just the most played map. But all maps just randomly crash.
