Declare zombies and heretic ghouls as non-human

Heretic ghouls and zombies are absent from the "Is it Human?" chart in silicon policy. It does declare corpses as non-human, but I feel like there is precedence to specifically include human zombies and ghouls as non-human. Perhaps in the same line as corpses. https://tgstation13.org/wiki/Rules#Silicon_Policy

It should be noted while that code wise, zombies are a separate species from human. Ghouls on the other hand, do not loose their species, they are given a status effect and then ahealed.

They are, as far as I'm aware, already enforced as such, so this should be an easy addition, I think?

Also often brought up is the medical scanner readout. Humans who drink a flight potion are no longer classified as humans to AI, the medical scanner reads out something along the lines of "Angels (Winged Humans)"
If you scan a zombie with a medical scanner, the will readout as "Infectious Zombie" heretic ghouls will still read out as their original species. Just something for thought.

I think there's something to be said when a heretic ghoul disguises themselves in a MODsuit or something else to conceal their identity. I suppose this ruling would have to happen once the AI is able to know beyond a shadow of a doubt that there's a heretic's ghoul on the station.

Heretic ghouls show as alive on health huds, They also still bleed and are affected by bloodloss. No longer relevant.
