Should change the thread title to reason Headmins should restore the ban requests forum so something actionable could potentially come from this

But if someone is actually breaking the rules with creepy behavior, best believe they're already on the admin teams radar and no ban request is actually needed.

Not necessarily true; admins tend to rely on player reports where team coverage is inadequate and for people to communicate that someone is being Too Weird to have around.

Not trying to be a dick a when I say this but, I'm not sure why you ever thought it was allowed?

There was some borderline conduct in that round, tickets came in and admin bwoinks went out, looks to have been resolved in that round.

I'm going to close this thread because we already have Rule 8, which this already encompasses. If one were to review the logs to find any trace of an administrative action, one would have to note that an administrator reached out to the player in question the following Manuel round (190629, Ticket 2). I have already reviewed the ticket between the administrator and the player in question, as well as accounted for the administrative action that was placed onto the player's account after the conversation. I have absolutely zero issues with how the ticket was handled, and there is nothing alarming regarding any limitations in the rules that would need to be resolved by any addendums to the rules. This behavior was found to be unacceptable, and it was indeed handled appropriately.
