Re-add the WMD head-admin ruling to the head-admin ruling page but this time use the more recent one.

As of viewtopic.php?p=632553#p632553 the outdated head admin ruling was archived on the head admin rulings page however it was not replaced with the more recent ruling made in viewtopic.php?p=609255#p609255

I've had to go searching for this ruling to cite it recently and I think its important enough that it should be included in the head admin ruling page.

Just ping the headmins and/or wiki masters on Discord. It doesn't need a policy ruling, it just needs a privileged wiki editor to add it.
