Post Revs & Enemies of the Revolution

Currently in Post-Revs, anyone given the Enemy of the Revolution tag is more or less told by Admins to only attack people they know as former revolutionaries. Considering the lack of indicators and paranoia associated with Post-Revs Sec, I think this policy should be modified or at least improved.

Since the headmins decide that post-revs win is bad, how about on post-revs win, the syndicate uploads a mind virus that breaks all loyalty implants and forcibly converts all remaining non-revs to the revolution, including any remaining security and even heads that are on another z-level.
