Enemy of the State

Currently when a revolution fails and a head rev is off station they become "Enemy of the State and get the following objectives.
Off Topic
#1: Stay alive off station. Do not go to CentCom.
#2: Hijack the emergency shuttle by hacking its navigational protocols through the control console (alt click emergency shuttle console).
Given that they have a hijack objective are they considered full antagonists with the full freedom to kill that a traitor the same objective does?

Offstation headrevs are still full antags after their revolution ends. Especially with a hijack objective.
I don't think this REALLY needs a fancy ruling on the wiki or anything.
The hijack objective is iconic and really speaks for itself on LRP. When you see hijack in your objective list, you're a full antag.
On MRP you can also apply the same logic - exiled headrevs can use whatever means necessary as long as they're progressing towards a successful hijack.
