afaik there's no real recorded consensus on whether or not enemies of the state are a full antag that can do whatever the fuck they want, or if they're some shitty in-between like fugitives or paradox clones

if there is no real consensus i'd argue that they should be full antags, considering that they're realistically no real threat due to the lack of the power that many other antags have (they were also THE headrevs), and allowing them to do whatever the fuck they want would make sense

I believe we came to the consensus last night in admin bus that they are not full antags, but that taking actions against the station would likely be permissible depending on context.

Revolutionaries winning ends the round and on security winning headrevs are blacklisted from being revived, what do you mean?

I believe exiled head revolutionaries are given a new datum once all exiled; "Enemy of the State."

Also, are they unrevivable because of the CODE or are you just not SUPPOSED TO?

They're unrevivable becase of the code, i saw a bunch of headrevs bodies being immediatelly DNR the moment that the revolution was quelled

Enemies of the State spawn with this text:

The revolution is dead.
You're an enemy of the state to Nanotrasen. You're a loose end to the Syndicate.
It's time to live out your days as an exile... Or go out in one last big bang.

And are given the following objectives:

• Stay alive off station. Do not go to CentCom.
• Hijack the emergency shuttle by hacking its navigational protocols through the control console (alt click emergency shuttle console).

It seems unlikely that a hijack would be feasible without some level of continued antagging.

Literally a ticket to blow up the evac shuttle if you combine the flavor text with the objective.

I think they should be full antags.

Head revolutionaries should not be throwing away their status roundstart as a free pass but if one somehow manages to survive naturally through the round they are permitted to take steps to achieve their objectives. These should be justifiable and not station de population/destruction.
