Add special verb "kick toggle". When it's activated, if you are running forward, random object/not dense mob ,which is located on your tile will be kicked and throwed forward. So you'll be able to play football with severed heads.

Make vomit to be able be to scooped up with beaker. Vomit should be reagent ,which can contain all the reagents, which was purged from human body. All these reagents will be released if you heat vomit up with carbon/charcoal or throught metabolisation.
It's interesting way to collect some rare reagents.

Restart work on the VR system.

Add a z-level that is inaccessible and inescapable by normal means (like the CentCom z-level) that roughly represents the station. You can only enter an area on VR station if it is in a powered area in real life, unpowered areas are a void and if you're in an area of VR that loses power, you get shunted back to reality with some debuffs.

In VR, you can operate machines remotely, having an almost AI-like control over many of said machines, and with the right programs (represented as various tools and weapons), you can alter them to your whims - Possibly adding syndie programs that can corrupt machines, jackout users and obscure their identity in ways the normal programs can't.
Departments however, are better defended in VR - Walls are very tough, taking longer to tunnel through and regenerate over time, with additional Intrusion Countermeasures are placed throughout the area that checks if you have the right permissions/credentials to be in its area and will attack those that do not, your permissions are determined by the ID you used to sign into the sleeper.

People with certain levels of access will spawn into VR with additional programs that would be reasonably expected for their job. For example, Security personnel will spawn with a programs that can disable IC, trace users and disable hackers. Engineers get basic hacking programs that allow them to hack valid machines as though they were doing so in real life and so on.

I think, that chaplain should be able use human sacrifices for some buffs either if he is traitor, or not.
It's good idea IMO to allow chaplain work with runes. But maybe his magic should be less powerful, than cult magic.

these are honestly pretty cool ideas that sound fun and that also finally give batteries a use outside of stunprods and their super rare utility usage during powersinks/rounds without engineers

Add a random event that places a machine in maintenance with no announcement. The first person to get in line of sight of the machine will be muted, confused and compelled to walk towards it, in the same manner as the Mania Motor does. Once they are next to the machine, they will be forced to touch the machine and after a brief moment, will be made into a secondary antagonist - This effect will only ever happen if the machine does not have a Convert or their current Convert is deceased. If the Convert dies, the machine will try to convert the next person that sees it.

The Convert receives no special abilities,only an objective to protect the machine and to bring other living humanoid players to the machine and force them inside of it. Players forced inside of the machine will have their organs (sans brain) extracted and their dissected body will be thrown out to the side. The machine requires no power to operate, is bomb-resistant, fairly tough and the Convert will know if it is being damaged.

Converts will burn out any loyalty implants they have upon first conversion and will resist further implants. They can be rescued from the machine's thrall without killing them through brain surgery in the same manner as treating a severe brain trauma, the machine will override prior antagonistic affiliations.

Merge this with the "item which sends people to Citadel" idea and make it so that the convert believes that they must "save the station from the fluffy rapists" through sacrifices sent to their plane of existence

Adding sodium chloride to a tank transfer valve should make it release large amounts of lingering radiation after detonation.

Hand cranked power cell charger
Materials needed:-
1x APC frame
1x rod
1x capacitor
5x pieces of cable
Tools needed:-
Screwdriver
A bulky item that needs two hands to hold it. When laoded with a power cell and used inhand, will generate a small amount of charge in the power cell with the efficiency of the charging being determined by the capacitor tier. A T4 capacitor will only ever be able to match a cell charger machine with T1 parts.

Hand-made radio jammer
Materials needed:-
1x Subspace ansible
1x Subspace amplifier
1x Subspace transmitter
1x Ansible crystal
1x metal sheet
30x lengths of cable
Tools required:-
Screwdriver
Wirecutters
Welding tool
A normal sized item that can be toggled on and off. It behaves very similarly to the syndicate radio jammer but needs power cells to operate, a normal power cell will grant you 10 seconds of jammed comms.

Glass shiv
Materials needed:-
1x glass shard
1x length of cloth OR gauze
Tools required:-
None
A simple improvised blade. Deals 8 damage and fits in your pocket. Slightly better for surgery than a normal glass shard.

Flash camera
Materials needed:-
1x camera
1x power cell of minimum T2
15x lengths of capable
Tools required:-
Screwdriver
Wirecutters
Must be loaded with flashes. A flash camera behaves like a normal camera except that whoever you take a photo of, anyone in frame get flashed as though flashed by a flash. This effect is much shorter than a normal flash and the flash inside the camera has a limited lifespan. With a T2 power cell, the flash burns out immediately after use. One extra tier above T2 grants you 1 extra use per flash. Cannot flash through flash protection.

Tripwire
Materials needed:-
2x wired rods
2x lengths of cable
Tools required:-
None
Hit a wall with it, if there is a gap no wider than 1 tile wide, will place a tripwire at that location. Anyone who runs past the tripwire will be tripped for approximately 2 seconds, walkers will not be tripped. Can have grenades and IEDs attached that will go off if someone trips over the wire.

Coilgun
Materials needed:-
1x surgical drill
1x wooden rifle stock
1x pipe
10x package wrapping
1x light tube frame
60x lengths of cable
4x capacitors
1x APC circuit board

Wrong thread. this is a nice idea for a ghetto weapon. not only does it require more materials than the current ghetto shotgun but it has nice flavor as well as the ability to scale somewhat with power over a round. I would prefer this over the dang ghetto shotguns honestly.

When someone is tied up, on a bed, getting on the bed (if that's even possible), and using harm intent on their groin will que DEATH BY SNU SNU. A black bar appears for those involved not showing what's going on, but the victim would scream "AHHHHH!" and "OoooOOOoo!" every few seconds. The entire process would take maybe 3 minutes? The damage would take all of their limbs' brute damage to 100. Broken bones, all that.

Just FYI I understand there is an ERP ban, thus why this is in the shitty suggestion spot.

redo the chrono legionarres gun
instead of erasing them from the timeline the first time it sends them backwards to about 4-6 minutes ago and gives them a chance to do things differently when they encounter the legionarre again(the entire server pop isn't warped back that'd be dumb, instead it just runs off logs)
second time you get hit you're disintegrated per normal
if you can outrobust the dude you get warped back to present time

Make them able to understand basic commands like a door remote, if sent a command to "toggle interface" with the appropriate passkey - toggles the interface. If given an "overload" command, blows the lights on an APC whilst air alarms can't understand the command and so on.

Make it possible to upgrade APCs and air alarms with metal and plasteel to reinforce them in the same manner as an airlock. Adding plasma sheets to APCs/Airlocks/Air alarms protects them from EMPs and grid check events.

The home-made chem thrower is classed as a bulky item and can hold 375u of chemicals and can be toggled between blasting a cone of reagents 2-3 tiles forward or a more focused 6-tile stream. The thrower is "reloaded" by pouring reagents from one container into it.

Make it possible to attach grenades to welding/water tanks. Once attached, they can be removed via wirecutters instantly. The default grenade trigger (pulling the proverbial pin) is not particularly effective but using a proximity/signaller triggered grenade is. Ideally used to create traps.

Add constructable caltrops made from metal rods and D4 dice. Caltrops deal 15 damage and embed if anyone without shoes steps on them, people wearing shoes suffer 10 damage and no embed, but their shoes are damaged in the process. Repeated exposure can shred your shoes to pieces.

Make it possible to construct sprinklers, fill them with water and sync them up to a fire alarm so that they spray water in a 3x3 radius centered on themselves. Can be filled with other reagents, like welding fuel or plasma.
