/tg/Station 13

The discussion was talked about in IRC a short while back now and basically I would like everyone avaliable to look through my design and give critique to it.

If anyone has any critique or other ideas for R&D specifically please mention it below.


Here is my pre design document for tomorrow if anyone wants to mention any ideas they have which would be a good mechanic to add onto the base of this or any confusion over it please post it here.
