did they not add medals for heads who escaped when a station goal was built? I thought that was the point, to prove your leadership competence

Abstractly this is a excellent idea, when you are commended a PERSISTENT medal on your ckey and attributed to your ckey profile you can file for head position priority out of a random roll of other people meaning that while it might mean whitelisting heads to a small degree (its only a factor in choosing certain people over others) you get a better pick of players to play roles.

Medals can be given out & subtracted by admins after a hearing or in reaction to a note/job-ban or a IC centcomm trial. The captain should be someone wholly competent ideally with lots of prior experience.

I have popped in to check over a few sessions in this new year but (moreso I stopped playing it as regularly as i had been) its still much of the same problems. Absence makes the heart grow fonder and a offers a lot more clarity as to what the source of the frustration was about anyway.

I also observe github and nothing changes there either.
