Basically the idea is that instead of making a removal of glowshrooms or glowshroom colors (without first considering desaturation) you can simply make colors that the glowshrooms emit be alterable genes.

- You can remove or mutate the bioluminescence via our already existing gene trait mutation feature, as to shift strength & colour for blue light glowshrooms or deep brown coloured shadowshrooms

Shadow shrooms are default set to the darkest spectrum, it'll never quite be black coloured but will be dim, this is not to mention the abject possibility of creating a disco rainbowshroom that actually cycles all light colours on the spectrum & has colorful reagent within its produce chemicals.

you're valid if you use any color though, they're such an eyesore I don't know what people's fascination with "colored lights that also spread" is.

I'm not a huge fan of them but there are plenty of times that power is intermittent on the station and as a botanist I need light for my plants.

I'm okay with being valid i only spread it because it was annoying and shizzle

until they nerfed it to the ground 50 times

Remove the ability for them to spread outside of a 3x3 radius they are planted then? It seems you have a completely different problem.

I still think its a creative change.
