So yeah, Antagfreeze or whatever, but I noticed this on the wiki earlier:

Exchange
You're going to be asked to retrieve a set of secret documents held by another agent on station, and that agent will be asked the same for the documents in your own bag. If all things go well, both of you will meet up and exchange your documents. If they do, you could find yourself with a traitor buddy to work with! However...
There is a small chance that either one of you could get a secret objective asking one to cheat the other guy and run off with both sets of documents. Because of this, you should think about how you want to approach the other guy. Your life could very well be in danger.
Don't forget that meeting in public is just as viable as meeting in maintenance. Provided you cover the documents in something inconspicuous like a box, being surrounded by the public eye would make a good deterrent against any funny business.
Whatever you do, make sure you CHECK THAT YOU ACTUALLY HAVE THE DOCUMENTS before you walk away. It's possible that he could have swapped out the documents in the folder with blank papers, or the box he just gave you was stuffed with a bomb.


I've never seen this objective on any traitors after a round is over, and I've never gotten it myself. Seems like it would be a cool objective rather then the clique "hurr durr kill this dude" or "hurr durr steal this thing"

I remember this objective and it's actually pretty fun. I agree that I haven't seen it in a while, either it's bugged or it was removed.

that's why setting up a meeting would be fun, you'd have to plan out meetings, out in the open, or leave the documents somewhere. it would require planning other then the esword/ebow meme or emag steal meme

that's the idea in theory, but in practice, it would likely devolve into just killing the other guy, because

Yeah but in practice when I did it at least a dozen times, at least half of which we both went on our way after and in some of those we even helped each other out with other traitor business on the side

yeah, I just mean I don't see it happening nowadays considering how people play the game

I'd love to be proven wrong, and mind you I'm not saying "don't add this back", I just have a hard time believing it could go well

There are still plenty of instances of things like this going well, and we shouldn't pass up on opportunities to do so.

make it the meta to hide your papers somewhere other than your body at round start then.

or don't even make players involved but have a long list of locations the papers could spawn on the station at round start and alert the traitor where they are.
