Punish the meme and cluwne for crimes against humanity

I know the mime will lose their ability for a short period if they break their vow but it's not enough.

If a mime breaks the vow and speaks too much their tongue should break somehow under the guise of "it wasn't used much before and overuse now causes x".

If a cluwne wears other shoes than clown shoes their legs should take damage slowly because their larger feet don't fit in the smaller shoes and it's crammed in there.

If you play these roles you should be somewhat expected to follow the intended way and not just be a jackass with jackboots.

But what about alternate clown outfits? Clown shoes don't fit with the Doctor Bluespace costume.

Squeaky shoe attachment? make it work like uniform attachments but it causes any shoes to sound like clown shoes.

Think of the fun if you var-edit other sounds to it.

I would totally agree with the clown thing, if it wouldn't lead to assistants stealing your shoes intentionally. Security already takes them away when you get arrested. They are not easily replaced.

Make the clown shoes no strip unless cluwne is dead?

I don't think alternate outfit clown gimmicks should be killed entirely. Perhaps we could make the clumsy trait cause people to randomly trip and fall on the floor while running. Can be counteracted by walking, or by wearing clown shoes

Also add colorblindness mutation that makes whoever has it see the entire game in greyscale, and have mimes start with it.

People chimp out on the mime if they talk anyways. The clown wearing his shoes is less punished but still expected.

There was literally a policy thread recently that concluded that mime can talk all they want, and punishing them will get you bwoinked

Preeetty sure I still have a note for participating in the lynching a clown who always took their shoes off. At the time I punished him, he did so for the third round in a row.

How is Grandmaster Honk not clownbanned yet is beyond me.

Grandmaster honk is just an assistant disguised as a clown

Clowns and mimes should be whitelisted to actual funnyguys.

I mean i wish i could trust your word on that, but funnyguys should definitely have to apply on the forums to choose the clown role as opposed to just getting the title & access from the HOP. Those are only clowns in name. The format works for other servers who rely a great deal on the integrity of a role (CM has whitelisted predators, so that predators don't shit up rounds or go awol most of the time)

> what is your act - explain, offer some jokes etc.

> Public are free to write down feedback on your clowning habits on the forums for admins to help decide whether to continue/discontinue them working as a clown/mime

this is stupid. we need a ban evading hero to repeated fight back against dumb policies like this. Not griefing, but making sure to punish the mime for talking no matter how many times he gets banned, until the policy is reversed.

Since when?

Mimes talking has almost always been ground for lynching them.

i don't have anything to contribute beyond the fact that it's really weird that people can link to an old post of mine as a source for rules

Well the policy thread from april was the only thing I could find that handles validity of a mimetic nature.
You more or less paraphrased what was said in the course of the thread.

yeah it's not like it's bad of you to link it or whatever, it's just a really strange feeling to consider that i'm technically an authority
