I enjoy this idea. It's like how flypeople are weak against pest killer and flyswatters - rarely used super-effective weapons.

Oughta make it throw them to the tile so you can shine it in space and have them fly out the airlock at mach 9

They're RNG? How long does the stun last for and does it impair, drunkify or disable movement? Speech?
It's essentially a ranged flash that ignores flash protection. It's a full stun/knockout/mute for borgs

It was initially closed because of the freeze, got reopened about 22 hours later, then merged 2 hours after that because it had technically been about a day since it was initially opened.
