I'm going to just leave the broad strokes so people with more experience and knowledge can fill in the finer details I'm not sure about.

Spawn on the station with the objective of harvesting body parts to build your own undead abomination, for science! If we give it any starting items at all, give it something simple, maybe just a regular old baton and/or an Igor-like sidekick. Depending on the profession of the crew members whose body parts you use, the Frankenstein gets a number of buffs or skills. A few possible examples:

CMO's heart: Light passive regen
Doctor's arm: Able to heal Dr. Frankenstein
Virologist's liver: Carry a disease
Bartender's lungs: Limited Smoke ability
Cook's stomach: Stamina buff
Janitor's legs: No-slip feet
Warden's heart: Armor buff
HOS's heart: Block ranged attacks
Engineer's arm: Tear down walls with your bare hands
And so on...

Obviously, there would need to be some limits to how much you can stuff into one abomination but after all, if you can harvest that many body parts from the crew, there should be a good reward. Once you have all the parts you need, the monster is filled with a ghost and set loose on the station. The crew is shortly alerted by Centcomm about the abomination on board and are obligated to hunt it down and this manifestation of science gone wrong. Then just let things go from there.
