New Traitor Item: Crash Course to Stealth

There are only so many ways you can hide and be stealthy in this game, or any top down game for that matter. I have no idea how much this should cost but some ideas for functions I have are things like

Hiding under tables
Being invisible to people who are not facing you (toggleable)
Getting the skittish locker quickhide if you don't have it already but without the message of you diving inside
Being invisible to cameras if you stand under them
Taking things out of other people's pockets is twice as fast and has no alerts, maybe even let them see what's in the pockets

Feel free to suggest other stuff or tell me how dumb my ideas are.

The funny thing is that all of these would make you even more obvious as a traitor and wouldn't save you from the terror of a wanted level.

We already have items that let you hide from wanted levels. Chameleon kits and the forged ID let you blend into the crowd, this is more of for ambushing, juking, evasion, etc.

I think that most of these ideas should be able to be achieved without items, so anyone could potentially do these things. Inconsistencies make it difficult to keep things straight as a veteran player. I think for example hiding underneath a table would have some recovery time anyway, so it practically balances itself.

There should be ques or ways to counterplay of these stealth mechanics. Flashlights, for example, should reveal people who are stealthed (within the range of the flashlight).

Could make it a toggle, so you can choose to be stealthy and conspicuous on command

Ironically not acting stealthy is a very effective form of stealth so I agree

Nothing because that's completely useless you already can't see people if they're in the dark but

It blocks any form of night vision, including passive.

even if you have a chance of being able to see them when they walk in, the fact that this even has a chance of happening at all is complete bullshit and should never happen

What if it's just invisibility while standing still in certain light levels, aka literally the thing you can get from genetics but weaker?

how about invisibility only while walking, ends when making physical contact with anyone or firing weapons/throwing shit

until we remove stuns any kind of invisibility or near invisibility or anything that makes you unable to be clicked on and still lets you use items or attack is just dumb as fuck.

For the stripping thing, taking from pockets already has no message unless they move, maybe make it like vg's pickpocket gloves where it puts stripped stuff in your hands and no messages for nonpocket things unless you move
