Minor change to mining base

Basically, it's a suggestion to add restroom to lavaland mining base. Why? Well, first, old mining station (from those days on asteroid) had restroom, now we don't. Second, i don't see any reason to not have restroom if mining station have three rooms for miners. It can be kind of a problem to take a shi sit behind ore box outside doing your business while trying to finish before ash storm.

I would actually try to do it by myself but i'm too retarded and also lazy ass.
