make it so when a light is bright enough or when there are enough lights in an area they act like mini-singularities to mothpeople that pull them in closer

Good idea but will be really damn annoying if moths can't use machines because they keep stumbling around like a drunk

Just make it so that if they have lights on them or close by they won't get pulled away?
It could just be the closest light source, rather than the strongest: machines emit light, even if faint.

Plus, moths do tend to stumble around like drunks, it is fitting.
