Remove atmospherics, give it to Engineering. Remove bar and botany, fold it under Kitchen. Remove janitor, give janitorial duties to cargo.

Robotics and science are distinct jobs, they each had enough to do with the staff they are given and capped with.

The argument is invalid since when the server pop is low enough all those jobs as above are already rolled together, aside from the janitor bit
