Replaces Revs with Monkey Mode

The better Team Antag RDM mode
The sides are obvious, and this will have multiple benefits.
1. Botany becomes great again, because if there's a chance that you're going to be very important/very needed because of some rogue monkeys, there's going to be less sillyness on the job. Ala Chaplain
2. Both sides have a method of mass side extermination to end the rounds quicker. (A smart Atmos Technician, Gorillas)
3. Some third thing because this idea wasn't very thought out.
Would you be open to this? Remember, it's just an Idea
