epic idea for sleeping carp changes

for starters, require your active hand to be empty for the ranged deflection to work. this is the balance compromise for the following epic idea:

make projectiles actually deflect when they hit the person with sleeping carp, instead of just vanishing. This would provide more visual feedback for us gamers that like to listen to music while playing or just have sound off in general for whatever reason. Also it'd be a bit more believable than "SRM rocket hits a man that knows kung fu but magically vanishes". I think this could be a cool change but I dunno how I'd go about coding it myself so hopefully someone else does

It's not like you're going to be having anything filling your hands anyways, because all you need is empty hands to instantly kill anyone on an adjacent tile. But now, when someone tries to tase you, it's just going to tase them instead. And maybe if you're even fast enough, you could elbow drop them to instacrit before they could call for help.

I believe they mean deflected anywhere behind the user of carp, so the direction of the projectile isn’t reversed, but altered. Think dodging/barely altering the path of the projectile so it doesn’t hit the user.
