Split Xenobiology off from the rest of science.

Title. Xenobiology is a highly contested department because it's the most fun thing in Science and having arguments and fighting break out over who gets to work in it isn't unusual. IMO it should be a separate job. That way, science doesn't get filled with fuckos who just want to do xenobiology and won't do upgrades/nanites/toxins, and Xenobiology doesn't have four+ people in it when it was only designed with two in mind.
