Right now, all emagging the organ harvester does is let you harvest the organs of someone who's still alive (without them needing to have the fakedeath trait). Unfortunately, an emagged (and a normal) organ harvester still requires your victim to have no non-nodrop items on their person in order to harvest their organs... even though there an "allow_clothing" variable in the machine's code (that's always set to "FALSE", as there's no way to set it to "TRUE" without admin intervention) that would let it do just that if it was set to "TRUE".
Fixing this would be a one-line change (make emag_act() set the variable to "TRUE" in addition to the other things that it does to the machine), and it would greatly aid me in my quest to listen to the helpless screams of victims as their limbs are slowly torn off and their organs are extracted while they remain conscious and fully aware of what's happening to them.

-Looks suspicious placed literally anywhere else
-Produces a lot of blood and byproducts that look suspicious
-Emagged crusher has a unique sprite and examine text, gibber requires time to move people in it
Organ Harverster
-Naturally located in Medbay (must be built first)
-Highly accessible location (medbay is usually public/semi-public access)
-Does not look suspicious throwing people inside it
-Byproducts and corpses do not look out of place near it
-Machine can be easily mistaken for a sleeper
-Placing things in it is instant, machine runs automatically.
