I am shocked we dont have these yet.

Useful for some many different character archetypes(outlaw gunslinger, texan, ram ranch)

EDIT: I have included paradise station cowboy hat sprites for reference if anyone wants to have a go at spriting better ones.

At minimum we'd need a black one and a white one so the HoS can square off against the revolver wielding antag down the hallway

Nope. In this file, starting at line 84, is a list of hats allowable for borgs. For sprites, it's just the same spite as normal.

I find github a struggle, so 75% of the stuff I've added to the codebase has been in other peoples PR's.

I'm not 100% with it myself but hawk me some sprites and I'll see what I can do
