Mute Quirk
Mute Quirk, Negative quirk giving you +2 quirk balance points. Makes you unable to say anything, and noise making "me"s (like *scream) get replaced with "odd noises". Also imposes some negatives when used on mimes to compensate for free 2 quirk points.
