Mute Quirk

Mute Quirk, Negative quirk giving you +2 quirk balance points. Makes you unable to say anything, and noise making "me"s (like *scream) get replaced with "odd noises". Also imposes some negatives when used on
mimes to compensate for free 2 quirk points.

to be honest, this trait should also give you inability to use pda so you cant cheat like janny mimes do

make it cost 2 points and force assign to the problem chat spammers.
wgw on the radio... you get a forced mute quirk and quirk point deficit.
