Make plumbing RPD available on all maps

It kind of sucks that we can only play with the plumbing mechanics on two maps. You don't need a huge empty space in med maint to make cool shit with plumbing. The bartender, for example, always appreciates narcotic dispensers, and sec always appreciates a lube smoke generator in their hallway.
Therefore I propose to make the plumbing equipment available on every map, at least until someone gets around to mapping more chem factories. This should be especially relevant since there are efforts to normalize the map rotation, which will result in many more rounds on maps without chem factories.
I'd suggest to make the plumbing RPD, plunger and a stack or two of pipes purchasable in the chemdrobe. Or maybe we could put plumbing stuff in the chemist lockers, like atmos techs and their RPD. Or whatever. What do you guys think?

You can but the material requirements are obscene. 67500 iron, 33750 glass and 900 plastic. It's kind of strange that chemists start with two plumbing RPDs for free on certain maps, but on others we need crazy amounts of material to get them.
