I know, that's why I mentioned it. I remember someone saying around that time on Goon I think they had a tell. They'd glow. The other issue was it was a weapon you wore, so it couldn't be disarmed. You could make disarming them have a chance to knock the cell loose or something. There's always a way to rebalance something if people can be bothered.
