For what purpose? The sheet snatcher doesn't allow for the sheets to actually be used by the borg, and if they're going to be handed off to a human there are plenty of silo-connected machines scattered around the station to make the trip fairly short. If you're looking for something to allow engiborgs to use sheets to make things, you'd probably want a child object of the borg apparatus (like the borg beaker holder and circuit manipulator).

The issue here is how moving it opens a path into cargo, not that you can move it. Just put something dense under it.
