Cargo Bounty vending machine

I think it would be cool to have an inverse of the cargo bounty system, and allow items from that same pool to be bought from a vending machine in the bridge. So everything from a virus with stealth level 9, to having 3 sunglasses in stock, to an odysseus, or a super power injector of thermal vision.
If you made this a vending machine in the bridge meeting room, and it required a head ID to use, it would stop it from being used by every valid hunting assistant. It would also add some round variety, as it could let CMO get access to a good implant early, or a botanist to get a floral somatray early on. It would also stop science from gatekeeping all the mid-late round gear, as they could buy them instead.
Hacking this machine could give even stranger options, and allow loot that was previously only available as loot from space/lavalands/away missions.

Could maybe do scratcher lottery tickets that you get as a bonus from crates sometimes or from snack foods or whatever, and you could win anything from nothing, to minor winners giving a bit of cash or coupons, to major winning tickets offering special deals for stuff you can't normally get from cargo
P.S. Shoot Dr. Allen on sight and dissolve his body in acid. Don't burn it.
