Medical Doctor Specialization Cosmetics

Think it would be nice if the medivend would dispense pins to stick on your labcoat to show what your specialty is. Veterinary Medicine for healing Cats and Lizards, Oseopaths for working on plasmamen, Electroconvulsive Therapist for Ethereals, etc.

and to this day I don't get why we have two different sprites for body vests and the one that looks way better is relegated to lockers as backup rather than spawn
