Gruesome surgeries

First of all I think I need to add that SS13 has gore, cannibalism, beheading, exploding bodies, cutting limbs, sawing bodies, head, eating organs, crashing people with doors and much more.
Thats for people that thinks my proposals don't fit the SS13. But still I am writing all in NSFW.

Now into ideas:
Surgeries we have now are boring and for game like this poor looking. My idea is to add surgeries that not only gruesome but also draw from memes. Some of those have to be research. Let's go to examples:

Stitching lips together- simple and effective, you can do it everywhere if person is resting but if you are mime you can do it even to people that are standing and you are doing it faster. Slaps drapes and use hemostat and then cables or pipe cleaners.

Skin ripping- thats where the fun begins: you can cut off skin from any limb and doing so you gain experience in this surgery. First time you will hurt person and he will bleed but doing it more and more will cause surgery to be almost painless and not a single drop of blood will spill from body. Person with no skin will receive more damage and will bleed more and walking will be nightmare but he will after living like that be able to resist pain more- more max health and more stamina pool.
Skin can be put attach to person with surgery and person that got benefits from it will keep it.

Human centipede- do I need to say more? Attach person to another person(most likely moths) and make biggest (moth)centipede in the entire galaxy. Comes with achievement for being part of it and for attaching people. Be best in leaderboard.
As with skin ripping this to comes with benefits for both sides. Doc with get better- person in front when eating will better split nutrients to others. Getting better with surgery gives you option to modify existing subjects.
Now for other side, I mean benefits for centipede- you all will be resting and you can't get up but you will get faster and speed of gaining experience depends on lenght of centipede. If someone dies when attach to other everyone will move slower. Well the person on front is "driver" others can attach tho and guns as super effective as all of them are resting. To do such surgery drape groin of one person and mouth of other person. And as before you keep benefits so faster moving while on ground.
Those are some of my ideas and what I want more is Med-R&D cooperation with those so do you remember notes from dissection? Welp, something like this but those unlock nodes in research tree.

The first one seems pretty good though kinda niche, the second one just seems pointless and needlessly hard to code for what you're getting, the third one is too far.

When I look at med I see nice place where doctors are here just to fix you. I have no bad thoughts when going there and that what I want to change. Even kitchen is more scary than med.
Acting as psycho doc has no place there either. Only thing you can do is massive lobotomy to change your patient. I want doctors like in movies that can refers to their creations as their own "childs". Add some kind of horror to this place.

I just wouldn't give them anything more than a grey 'waste cube' and a flush sound. Toilets were hooked up to disposals on early /tg/ maps. Seems like an idea that never came to fruition. I want them to bear fruit.

We don't poop for this to work. Human centipede would work like, hmm, PIPES! You know, if pipe attach to another pipe receives gas part of it also goes to that another pipe. With human centipede this would work almost the same just with timers of receiving nutrients, vitamins and chems. The better a doc is at centipede surgery the timers are shorter.

Some sort of forced-chaining (perhaps with a loss of an arm for both parties) might be interesting from a gameplay perspective?

This is also making me realize that we can't handcuff people to each other. Sad! Handcuffing people together is a classic crime trope.

I'm thinking about how that would work. You'd have to stay adjacent to the other person. Which means you could move around them. Moving away from them wouldn't work. So you would have to take turns moving forward to go anywhere. You also couldn't use one hand. It could lead to some interesting escapes. Especially if you add more people to the chain. It would be a sub-optimal denial of greentext strategy so would see minimal use in the brig but may still be used in the field if you don't have enough handcuffs. Come to think of it, handcuffs would have to take what each end is attached to into account. I'm not sure how that would work as an item.

Maybe I don't get it but we HAVE horror games and movies with gore and no one is going crazy about it. You are trying to pin on me that I am just some kind of fetishist and I am doing ERP XD

As I told before with have already gore in SS13 and it is big part of it. You can't deny that kitchen isn't a place where human are gibbed just to make hamburgers, organs are fried and served. Someone came with that idea, maybe he liked concept of cannibalism or just think that would fit a game.

I like concept of crazy doctors that are doing experiments to fulfill their intellect and creativity. We have already small amount of it: abductors and Cat Doctor that is NPC. Also don't tell me no one from SS13 coders didn't think about it XD

We have anesthetic in surgery rooms with muzzle/breath mask (that was just changed recently to be muzzle aswell) and its only purpose is to keep kidnaped people on table when doing surgeries.

human centipede and gibbing people are two different things. XD I mean one of them is a simple grinder and the other is putting another human in the ass for a torture method, cat doctor is a doctor that wants to make cat hybrids out of humans(psycho), abductors want to experiment with humans. This isn't an experiment this is something a psycho(cat doctor) would come up with, at least the cat doctor doesn't fucking ERP. Please get some help. Gibbing humans is not as bad as a full-on human centipede skin ripping is a maybe, when you made this post you had to think of the mechanics. XD I hate getting serious and getting out of my autism mode(how I usually am) because I lose a part of myself. The gibbing humans fits SS13 cause it's just a fucking hellscape. Crazy doctors is a nice concept but don't go immediately towards gore porn, nobody cares about the horror and gore movies because it's MADE to be gore, and horror ss13 is a Roleplaying game where everybody is a fucking spaceman, muzzle is made to restrain people(to silence them) Otherwise people would have to use mute toxin.

TL;DR there is a difference between abductors cat doctor and this shit, none of them dwelve into sticking humans into other humans.

I like the stitched lips surgery(though the mime part is op), and I like the idea of a surgery in which you can remove all of the skin off another player, leaving them a constantly bleeding mess who must take the blood of others or die like that one guy from resident evil. Human centipede doesn't work because TG doesn't have butts, try goon

Couldn't you piggyback off of current grab mechanics?

Couldn't you piggyback off of current grab mechanics?
Don't know. I just think it would be a fascinating mechanic and was interested to figure out how it could work. Unless it's changed you can already handcuff people to pipes but if the two cuffs worked separately I think it would open up a lot of different configurations. Other than arms, you could have them attachable to pipes, beds and chairs. You could open up legs as well. A temporary legcuff like beartraps that slows you down, except if attached to something it forces you to stay adjacent to it.

I really like the idea with handcuffs. When thinking how they should work I assume the best way would be something like this:

On default handcuffs are set to cuff both hands. When you used them in hand (like pressing Z) they go to one arm mode. In this mode you can left click someone to cuff his left arm or right click them to cuff right arm.

That opens a lot of other ideas: what if you cuff left hand of one person with left hand of other one and then the same thing with right hands. With that you could make them unable to use hands and both of them would be stuck together.
You could even expend on this and make a circle. Having 4 persons and all of their hands are cuffed to other person hand but every hand of person would be cuffed to a diffrent person. How would they move? How dragging would work with them? Simple visualisation below(XD):
