botany should be able to grow coconuts. here are some reasons why

1. delicious water source
2. coconut milk tasty
3. you can use em for foods
4. combine coconuts with cordage to make coconut bolas
5. coconuts are an inherently funny fruit, give them to the clown he'll figure something out
6. cut coconut in half and hold both pieces in your hand to make horse hoof noises while you run from security

If you can swallow your pride to upstream, i've found out from server trotting in my absence on /tg/ station that Citadel station have already taken the plunge in making coconuts.

Much least personally id like some natural coconuts to be supplied from the convenient piles you find around beach-bum biodomes. Like how you harvest volcanic ash from rocks in Icebox.
