Creates protective walnut like shells that fit on your backslot when the food is activated into a item, they're energy projectile absorbant (similar to a sand golem), and you can kick them across the ground for a slow moving stamina projectile until they bust (based on how potency % protective they are). Unforunately, if you were to fall over while wearing one you would be unable to get up without resisting slowly to break the nut off your back, are cumbersome to take off, and if anybody was feeling particularly malicious- they could kick you around on your back while still wearing to glide across the ground bouncing into people and obstacles until the nut busts.

Optionally, a graftable trait that gives you little wearable bits of clothing, tomato beanies and stuff like that subjectively.
