IDEA for external program.

[Highway Routine]

The idea is very very simple, all it does is record chat logs and saves them to a website like how when your a ghost you can see all chat no matter how far you are, but here's the catch, every 5 months coders, admin, etc choose 5 people and whoever can find the most of their chat logs get temp admin for a week. Now the "every 5 months" is very changeable, maybe something more like 3 or 2. That's it, that's the whole idea.
