Passive stamina regen over time.

Stamina all coming back to you all at once is lame as hell. It should regenerate over time. This would let you add all sorts of fun depth and interactions in combat. Also, it makes more sense.
Also, we could make stamina more than just an alternative health bar that you use when you want to incapacitate someone. Also, effects that modify how quickly you regain stamina rather than just arbitrary numbers on how quickly you stand up are cool as heck.

make it so you can eat energy bar to regain stamina and stamina regeneratiton is tied to claorie count

Aye, but CQC is reliant on grabs so we would have to change that.

It regens over time unless you get smacked with the stun im pretty sure.

If you get hardstunned you should at least be able to escape if they arent continually putting pressure on you, versus being slow as balls so they can follow up again with another stun.

This would make turning yourself into an American with sugar and using a scooter to mitigate your speed debuff an OP strategy.

I've started work on it. I need a nice catchy name. The best thing I could think of was "Easy's combat" but that sounds lame.

No it doesn't, whoever gave you that information is a liar and probably wants to stab you while you sleep.

if this is going to take off please, you need to state why(Coders won't just take your idea for no reason) It is currently SUPA good, the bracing idea and such(makes combat way more intresting)
