Recharger Pistol.

SS13 ranged combat could use another tool.
What I am suggesting would be a recharger pistol. This would be purchasable from hacked Security vending machines, 1 stocked in the arrivals checkpoint locker, and 3 in the armory.
These recharger pistols would carry up to 3 shots, regenerating a shot every 33 steps taken by the Player, fully charging after 100 steps. These shots could be fired in rapid succession and do 10 Burn damage each.
The point of these weapons would be hit and run tactics, or attacks of opportunity.
