Open bounty on Liquor bottles, alcohol stills, and the new economy

The bounty system is good. It is dynamic, and provides incentives to get certain items to cargo.
That dynamism can also be a downside, as there's no consistent way to work with the system. Trading in bottles of alcohol would change that up.
There would be an open return on bottles of alcohol, going from 20 credits for a bottle of beer, 100 for a bottle of liquor, and some rare space drops being worth the thousands.
There would also be a bottle recycling service. Meaning that for every bottle of vodka you turn in, there is an empty bottle for you to buy for 1/10th the trade in cost.
And for the last piece of the puzzle. Alcohol stills. These can vary from potato vodka, to sugar cane rum, clown's delight from bananas and whatever else. These alcohol stills would be similar in complexity to assembling an autolathe or basic machine. At a basic level ideally it would work with a bunch of a single type of produce dumped in, and a fermenting agent. There would also be powered and unpowered variants of the alcohol stills, with the powered versions processing faster. I can imagine cheeky engineers setting up solars, and plopping down an alcohol still next to the SMES.
This would have a few in game effects. It would put a pressure on botany to provide the plants, or for people to grow them themselves in public botany. It would have the bartender sitting on a proverbial goldmine, with a further incentive to charge for drinks. It would also provide non antagonists with a "hustle" a little operation they can do on the side for extra money, which just adds more dynamism to non-antag rounds. That or the HoS to get into the alcohol brewing business after arresting a bootlegger for other reasons.
