change how regen coma works

make regen coma only work if manually clicking sleep, so you dont fall over and get beheaded by a desworder in the middle of a fight from its hardstun, or if you're an antag you dont get fucked by thinking someone died but then they revive and stun you, robbing you of antag with funny shit virus.

That would make it even more insanely overpowered, if you don't like that you should not take the virus
