Security/Command Exclusive Antag (but not really (but a little)), THE LAW

Rough idea: Roundstart security and command staff, depending on role, has a small chance of making exactly one player a thief-level antag, THE LAW, whose objective is to punish gray tide with excessive gulag sentences.

Why: Because if the tide doesn't fear the admins, they should at least fear THE LAW

Slightly more elaboration:

My suggestion would be to weight normal Sec Officers > Warden > HOS > other command staff ONLY IF NOT SELECTED AS ACTING CAPTAIN for this role. No Captain, and no latejoin/midround threat generation of this... unless y'all think it would be cool to have it generate late-round based on the "Station integrity" stat perhaps?

THE LAW isn't a true antag, but they're allowed and encouraged to foist excessive gulag sentences on anyone they believe is a threat to the stability of the station, confiscate items unrelated to the crimes someone has committed, lobby the Captain for approval of execution of people who probably aren't antags but who "deserve it," etc.

They receive a line in the round-end stats (not green or red, just a score card) of how many gulag points they assigned, how many of those points were actually fulfilled by prisoners, and possibly even how many antags (and nonantags) die in the map's "prisoner transfer" chamber, if that's not too hard to arrange.

My idea is brilliant, please applaud

I feel like you've read my thread then paraphrased the gimmick of "true-law" into its own thing without the afterthought that with that one particular revolution outcome, i made the station be harmless criminal atagonists to justify all of the security force being "LAW"'ers in normal parameters. Everyone enjoys both halves
Normally im all for silly things, but i don't like this idea very much in a normal station setting because of how singular it is, and it will probably clog up administrator attention given how little autonomy regular antagonists are given on servers like manuel.
Off Topic
Post edited, i was having a bad day.

Normally im all for silly things, but i don't like this idea very much in a normal station setting because of how singular it is, i think there will be drama about petty-peanuts metaplayers who will constantly catapult themselves into trouble knowing how meta-far to take it (uhuh im going to maxcap myself for lawful purposes) or salty admins will see red and with a usual lack of confidence, make themselves look silly as securitnuts pile up on faulty notes. /rant over.
If I'm totally honest, this thread is mostly the fault of the suggestion to remove security's antag protections.

Back in The Day, a lot of players would roll sec antag not with the goal of fucking over the station, but simply having Unlimited License to fuck over serial tiders, and I think that was important. You just didn't know if you were going to HEEHAW SLIP AND STUN THE SEC OFFICER DURING ARRESTS only to get brought to the brig, taken into maintenance, and absorbed by the Changeling Warden.

What I want here is:

1) The arrest must be good in the first place. You must be able to explain why they deserve it beyond "lol lizard" or "he shoved me out of the way so he could use the vendor when I was AFK in front of it."
2) The tider should have the fear of god put into them. If you're dicking around and being unpleasant, not every round but some rounds there will be THE LAW who can do whatever they want to shut down your shittery. Previously, I would say "Gib them with a shuttle" (almost invariably what I do when I get Command Antag status and there's a tider) but for this not-really-antag role, I want them to be extremely mean to the tide without going into the possibility of round removal.
