Sec could serve to get a few more gadgets to make their jobs easier too. I'm thinking stuff like
1. Embedding Tracker: This tracker uses a combination of our embed system and suit sensors system. It does little to no damage, but it forces the targets suit sensors to the highest setting while it's on them. They have to stop moving and resist it off.
2. Sec-Hailer upgrade: This upgrade puts a radio in their sec-hailer, alerting their fellow security officers whenever they're using it. Doesn't really give much on why their using it though. So that adds to the paranoia when you hear a sec-hailer command from an officer and then silence!
3. Body Launcher: This item which is only obtained from the cargo contraband side, allows you to spend 1 minute stuffing a body into it, and then launching it a few tiles ahead at your target for a quick knock down with a bit of damage. Pretty decent as a one time pre-combat trick. Useless mid-combat though.
