Lavaland Anomaly

Maybe Lavaland isn't natural after all...
This anomaly converts station tiles into lavaland ashen floor at a high chance, with a low chance of lava. So you'll probably see like 1 - 2 lava tiles during the entire minute its there.
If it blows without being contained. It spawns a tendril on station in its place. Dangerous. (Engi get the RCD)
If you turn it into armor. When you get hit, instead of taking the hit, an unfriendly lavaland fauna spawns from your chest. Hopefully it hurts or scares off your opponent more then it hurts you.
