for walking through that slow lengthly maze..you get a reward of just an orange and a message that goes "I forgor :skull:"

I think it'd be epic if instead..there was a pill on that desk. A green pill. If you choose to ingest it, you gain an action button called "Slow-Time" You enter a bullet-time state that gives you bullet dodging abilites akin to a nightmare.

The catch is that your walk speed is super slowed, and you gain sloth movement trails. The pill didnt actually slow down time at all, you just react so slowly now that your not feeling the bullets.

Basically completely useless for a miner and an antag. But a neat little parlor trick that might come in handy once in a blue moon.

I actually still think its fine, if you've seen it for the first time you get trolled, and if you seen it a 100 times, you get free slowing floortiles + a botany harvestable in a otherwise very desolate place. It its own reward in a way.

Yes, because every single ruin MUST!!! have powergaming applications. We are NOT!!! allowed to make any ruins that do not have epic gamer gear in them, or we risk the miners losing the epic victory royale extreme, which is frankly unacceptable.

Yes.

Structures that add nothing to the game, not even a funny meme item like the clown planet rune arent good for anything

Also if miners die there are no mats!!!!!

I like the lack of foresight in the ruin design sometimes, because the walls are more valuable for decommission than the actual content itself, reliable source of crashed bananium or syndicate plastinium off fighter jets/looted carriers, alien alloy from ayylmao crashes, pure diamond or cult wall material on lavaland etc. I can make a entire endgame space-miner career just about scrapping ruins and using a jaunter to get home before pushing the intact mats back through the ORM.

Though, Icebox ruins have much to be desired in this aspect.
