This would essentially mean that you can only write/message in languages your character knows. So a felind would only be able to write in Galactic Common or cat language, and only people who know these would be able to read these messages. Would not change gameplay much aside from maybe people needing a translator to read messages on stolen PDAs and would keep people from bypassing my clueless foreigner not knowing a language by exploiting papers/pdas to ignore it, then getting frustrated at me for ignoring said exploit.

not really necessary of a feature but makes perfect sense. could also include a universal translator module into pdas that could be acquired somehow.
