Rotatable guns

Right clicking a gun in your hand should allow you to turn it on its side, decreasing your accuracy but making you look like a G
you should be able to turn a pistol into a melee weapon.
Sec should be allowed to turn the gun on it's side but then immediately turn it back when it comes time to fire or when the weapon is equipped/unequipped simply because they're sec and they should have some weird integrated training chip.
