Replace Stingbangs with a 9-bang

I've never seen someone unironically use the sting bang more than once after they realize how useless it is.
Replace it with a flash bang that explodes 9 times.

It'd be a good way to dissuade a mob of players, since the continuous flashes could keep a group of players knocked down for a while without doing much that a regular old flashbang doesn't already do for you against only 1 or 2 players.
